
Vanilla Power Bites
These vanilla power bites blend rolled oats, rich in soluble Fibre for steady energy release, with peanut butter, a source of healthy fats.. A quick, no-cook snack perfect for providing energy and satiety.

Ingredients:
Prozuca powder: 50g
Rolled oats (gluten-free if preferred): 70g
Sugar-free peanut butter: 40g
Unsweetened shredded coconut (for rolling, optional): 10g
Method:
In a medium bowl, combine the Prozuca powder, rolled oats, and sugar-free peanut butter.
Mix well with a spoon or your hands until a dough-like consistency forms. If too dry, add a tiny bit more nut butter; if too wet, add a touch of more oats.
Roll the mixture into small, bite-sized balls (approx. 20g each).
If desired, roll the protein bites in unsweetened shredded coconut.
Place the bites on a plate lined with parchment paper and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to firm up. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
Note: Alternatively one can replace the peanut butter with sugar-free almond butter.
