Ingredients:
Prozuca powder : 50g
Mixed berries (fresh or frozen): 100g
Toned milk: 200ml
Chia seeds (soaked): 5g
Ice cubes: 50g (adjust for desired consistency)
Method:
Combine the Prozuca powder, mixed berries, toned milk, and chia seeds in a blender.
Add ice cubes.
