Crunchy Vanilla Bowl

Ingredients:

  • Prozuca powder: 50g

  • Plain Greek yogurt (unsweetened): 150g

  • Sugar-free granola: 30g

  • Mixed berries or sliced fruit: 50g

Method:

  • In a small bowl, mix the Prozuca  powder with a small amount of Greek yogurt (about 2-3 tablespoons) until a smooth paste is formed. This helps prevent lumps.

  • Gradually stir in the remaining Greek yogurt until well combined.

  • In a two glasses or jars, layer half of the yogurt mixture, followed by half of the granola and half of the fruit.

  • Repeat the layers with the remaining yogurt, granola, and fruit.

  • Serve immediately or refrigerate for later.
