
Crunchy Vanilla Bowl
This crunchy vanilla bowlblends Greek yogurt, a rich source of protein and gut-friendly probiotics, with antioxidant-packed berries that support immunity and skin health.

Ingredients:
Prozuca powder: 50g
Plain Greek yogurt (unsweetened): 150g
Sugar-free granola: 30g
Mixed berries or sliced fruit: 50g
Method:
In a small bowl, mix the Prozuca powder with a small amount of Greek yogurt (about 2-3 tablespoons) until a smooth paste is formed. This helps prevent lumps.
Gradually stir in the remaining Greek yogurt until well combined.
In a two glasses or jars, layer half of the yogurt mixture, followed by half of the granola and half of the fruit.
Repeat the layers with the remaining yogurt, granola, and fruit.
Serve immediately or refrigerate for later.
