Creamy Protein Smoothie

This creamy smoothie combines curd, rich in probiotics that support gut health, with toned milk, a good source of calcium and protein for strong bones. A light, nourishing drink with a touch of aromatic cardamom and heart-healthy nuts.

Creamy Protein Smoothie

Ingredients:

  • Prozuca powder (vanilla): 50g

  • Toned milk: 100ml

  • Thick curd (yogurt): 50g

  • Green cardamom powder: 2g

  • Chopped pistachios or almonds (for garnish): 5g

Method:

  • In a blender, add toned milk, Prozuca powder, thick curd and green cardamom powder.

  • Blend on high speed for 30–45 seconds or until the mixture is creamy and lump-free.

  • Pour into a tall glass. Top with chopped pistachios or almonds for crunch and healthy fats.

  • You can refrigerate it for 10–15 minutes before serving for a chilled, thick texture.

  • Garnish with chopped pistachios or almonds.

  • Note: You can pour this mixture into a kulfi mould or a small, freezer-safe container. Freeze for at least 4-6 hours, or until completely set to make kulfi.
