
Creamy Protein Smoothie
This creamy smoothie combines curd, rich in probiotics that support gut health, with toned milk, a good source of calcium and protein for strong bones. A light, nourishing drink with a touch of aromatic cardamom and heart-healthy nuts.

Ingredients:
Prozuca powder (vanilla): 50g
Toned milk: 100ml
Thick curd (yogurt): 50g
Green cardamom powder: 2g
Chopped pistachios or almonds (for garnish): 5g
Method:
In a blender, add toned milk, Prozuca powder, thick curd and green cardamom powder.
Blend on high speed for 30–45 seconds or until the mixture is creamy and lump-free.
Pour into a tall glass. Top with chopped pistachios or almonds for crunch and healthy fats.
You can refrigerate it for 10–15 minutes before serving for a chilled, thick texture.
Garnish with chopped pistachios or almonds.
Note: You can pour this mixture into a kulfi mould or a small, freezer-safe container. Freeze for at least 4-6 hours, or until completely set to make kulfi.
