Chia Creme Pudding

 Chia Creme Pudding

Ingredients:

  • Prozuca powder: 50g

  • Toned milk: 200ml

  • Chia seeds (soaked): 20g

  • Fresh fruit for topping (e.g., sliced apples, pears, peaches): 50g

Method:

  • In a bowl, whisk together the Prozuca powder and toned milk until the powder is fully dissolved and there are no lumps.

  • Stir in the chia seeds.

  • Cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or preferably overnight, until the pudding has thickened.

  • Before serving, top with fresh fruit.
