Ingredients:
Prozuca powder: 50g
Toned milk: 200ml
Chia seeds (soaked): 20g
Fresh fruit for topping (e.g., sliced apples, pears, peaches): 50g
Method:
In a bowl, whisk together the Prozuca powder and toned milk until the powder is fully dissolved and there are no lumps.
Stir in the chia seeds.
Cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or preferably overnight, until the pudding has thickened.
Before serving, top with fresh fruit.
